The Essentials of a Website Setting up a website is not that simple; one has to be familiar with three essentials: domain names, hosting, and DNS. These are what enable the Internet users to gain access to sites worldwide.
1. What is a domain name?
It is also referred to as an alias-friendly name referring to the website, much like www.example.com.
This instead of the technical IP address on the server made it easier for a user to navigate.
Form: In general, the domain name will have the second-level domain, such as "example," and the TLD, including .com, .org, or .net. Registration: Domains should be registered, which is accessed through the domain registrars such as GoDaddy and Name cheap. The domains are renewed after some period.
